Server

The Server is responsible for menu service and will possess the knowledge to ensure the Guests have an unsurpassed experience. Server Assistant/Busser

The Busser is responsible for assisting all front of house staff to ensure Guests have an unsurpassed experience. The Busser/Server Assistant will engage with the Guests and assist the Servers in providing all steps of fine dining service in a professional and courteous manner. It is the Busser's/Service Assistant's responsibility to make every Member's visit a memorable one. It is also the responsibility of the Busser to assist with all the preparation and side work to ensure that all of the team is set up for a successful shift.

Host

The Host is the face of the restaurant, helping maintain an efficient and courteous operation by greeting arriving Members and seating, establishing rapport and assisting with restaurant service. Receives and accurately processes payment for restaurant charges.

Food Runner

The Food Runner ensures quality guest service by supporting the culinary team with delivery of food from the kitchen to the Member's/Guest's table as quickly as possible. The Food Runner must demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency. The ability to work under pressure is crucial.

Dining Room Manager

The Dining Room Manager is responsible for daily floor leadership of the dining experience at Talisker Club. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for maintaining product and service quality by monitoring and maintaining food, beverage, and service through accountability, leadership, and communication. The DRM is the lead floor presence and must have a “hands on approach” while acting as the Manager on Duty. Daily operations may include a la carte dining, social events, private events, and internal functions. The successful candidate should be experienced in several styles of service including, seated formal, banquet, seated casual, buffet, and grab & go. Reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager or ADFB with reporting responsibilities to the Food & Beverage Manager. This position requires, managerial courage, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, ownership, problem solving, and team-work. There are several Dining Room Managers in the department and may move between locations as seasonally required.

The Base Camp Ambassador is responsible for service of Members/Guests in the Base Camp and Provisions Market Space.
